5 days in Aragon region

So exciting for our new trip: Aragon region road trip. The region is full of nature, culture, gastronomy, and wine of course. Only 2 hours from Barcelona and 4h from Madrid, close to the french border the tourism option are so many. Winter or summer there is always something to do, what are waiting for?

The capital of the Aragon region has a lot to offer, today we are talking about the Zaragoza day trip. The city of Zaragoza is perhaps not very famous in terms of tourism, so it is surprising to visit it. JACA AND LOARRE

The Loarre castle is considered the best-preserved Romanesque fortress in Europe. Is in a fairly good state of preservation (except for the part of the old castle of Sancho III of Navarra, which much more deteriorated). Highlights include the small chapel, the crypt of St. Quiteria, located at the entrance (with incredible acoustics), and the majestic church of the castle (of which the whereabouts of the Romanesque paintings are unknown) in which the dome is striking (so unusual in the Romanesque). Spectacular view to Pyrenee mountains and good gastronomy. Close to Aínsa, you can visit Torla-Ordesa too, is a little village, close to the mountain and perfect in the summer season to get some visit to the Ordesa national park.
