L’AVENC BENESTAR RURAL
The abandoned farmhouse was bought in 1997 with the object of restoring it and to turning it into a family home. Nevertheless, due it privileged position on the cliffs and its architectural and historical features, and the fact that it was a listed building (BCIN Bien Cultural de Interés Nacional), its restoration brought lots of attention.
At the accommodation, guests are welcome to take advantage of an indoor swimming pool. You can play table tennis at L’Avenc Benestar Rural, and the area is popular for hiking. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge.
The pool is open from 8.00 to 22.00. It is not a spa. It is an indoor heated pool and the water is between 27-29º , 25 metre long and space for one lane training and to exercise. Access to the pool is included in the price of the accomodation for all guests. In the summer one can sunbathe outside with the doors open.

L’Avenc is an aparthotel with two very well-defined areas: The Cottages, where the original rustic spirit is maintained, and The Trees, the new wing where the apartments, studios and rooms are located.
The Trees accommodation is situated in the more modern part of L’Avenc. It is a bioclimatic building built in 2012 and has direct access to the underground carpark. This building holds the apartments, which divide into rooms and studios, the indoor pool, the changing rooms, the massage room, dining hall and other common areas. All the floors are connected by two lifts.
A continental breakfast is available each morning at L’Avenc Benestar Rural. They offer breakfast and dinner exclusively for their guests. Meals in line with our business philosophy, based on organic, local and fresh produce with great options for vegetarian and vegan guests.
