The world’s number 1 island is famous for its nightclubs and beaches. Every summer DJs from all over the world came to Ibiza to make dance the millions of tourists who invade the island even for a weekend. Do you want to know the secrets of this island? Read 3 days in Ibiza and it will not seem so expensive. Check the Top 10 beaches in Ibiza.
HOW TO IBIZA:
Easily accessible from Barcelona, only 40min flight, with more than 10 flights a day and 5 different airlines. You can find prices in May and October for 50/60 €, it’s a quiet time, not all the discos are already open but on the street and at the beach you’ll notice the difference.
By ferry is possible from Barcelona and Valencia. The prices are often very high and if you do not go with your own vehicle (car, motorcycle) it is often not worth it as the journey takes 8h. From Ibiza or Mallorca, the ferries are more frequent with an approximate duration of 2/3h.
HOW TO MOVE:
To move around in Ibiza you have three options, everything depends on how you organize the vacation.
If you want to stay in Ibiza town and do only nightlife, a motorbike or car are no need to rent. Although it is not always easy to reach the discos with local buses, in that case, you will always have the taxi option.
If you plan to visit the island + nightlife I recommend you take a car, it is more convenient and even if you have to pay more attention in the evening, due to police control. If you want to discover the Ibiza beaches you can also just take a scooter/quad.
WHERE TO SLEEP:
Ibiza city is full of hotels and apartments, I suggest you stay in apartments if you want to have dinner at home or just simply cook something. If you have chosen to stay in Ushuaia beach or in some hotel close to the beach maybe rent a car is the solution. Price change depending on the season and your budget but don’t worry there are so many options.

NIGHTLIFE:
Why people go to Ibiza? Music, DJs, and nightlife. There are so many discotheques in this island, you can choose depending on the music, budget, location. In the map, I choose my personal top ten.
How does it work? you can buy the entrances to the discos day by day or in advance online.
If you decide to buy them day by day, just go to the port and in many bars/restaurants, you can buy the entrances (without additional commissions). If you want to see your favorite DJ, take a look at the disco calendar and buy it in advance so you do not risk staying out.
WHERE TO EAT:
- Sant Josep de Sa Talaia: Playa Cala Carbó – Can Vicent = Try the “Bullit de peix” it’s amazing.
- Out of time = For vegan lovers, in the city center.
