Barcelona receives millions of tourists each year, but the city’s hotels have decided to open their doors to locals who simply want to enjoy a great view with a glass of wine in their hands. That’s why today I decided to share my Top Ten Barcelona’s coolest rooftop bars.
Talking about Hotels, I am a lover of wine and hotel terraces, and in Barcelona, there is nothing better than going to have a glass of wine after a day’s work.

THE WEEK OF TERRACES “La Semana de Las Terrazas”:
First of all, you should know that the first week of June all the hotels in Barcelona participate every year in the Week of Terraces to inaugurate the beginning of the summer season.
During the rest of the year if you want to visit the terraces take a look at the timetables because many close starting from October / November to May / June. You can still find all the events on the Mesqhotels.cat page.
TOP TEN BARCELONA’S COOLEST ROOFTOP BARS:
Royal Hotel Passeig de Gràcia = Metro: Passeig de Gracia. Glass of wine starting from € 4, total view of Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Familia. Personally the most beautiful view of the city.
Colon Hotel = Metro: Jaume I/Urquinaona. Glass of wine starting from € 4 (the wine was not very good and didn’t like the tapas), a beautiful view of the Barcelona Cathedral.
Majestic Hotel = Metro: Passeig de Gracia. Glass of wine starting at € 10 really expensive, partial view of Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Familia.
The Melia sky = Metro: Poblenou. Glass of wine starting at € 5, go to the “24 Cielos” terraces. Total view of the east side of the city.
Barceló Raval = Metro: Sant Antoni / Liceu. 360-degree view of the city. The terrace is not very comfortable but it’s worth a ride.
Casa Fuster = Metro: Passeig de Gracia. A € 5 beer, seen across Passeig de Gracia.
Duquesa de Cardona = Metro: Drassanes. Port view, a glass of wine 5 € approx.
Hotel W = Metro: Barceloneta. You can access to the terrace for free if you want to take a drink 8/10 €. Barceloneta view, very beautiful especially at night.
H10 Casa Mimosa = Metro: Passeig de Gracia. The view of La Pedrera is really nice, not expensive, 4 € for a glass of wine.
Hotel DO Pl. Reial = Metro: Liceu. View on Plaza Reial, Glass of wine starting from € 5/6.
